Sensitive home access information should never be visible to every employee all day. Teams is designed to time-gate access around the assigned visit and record when privileged information is viewed or edited.
- By default, codes become available one hour before a visit begins, within its permitted visit window, and until 15 minutes after completion.
- Code reveal is temporary and otherwise masked to reduce shoulder-surfing.
- Owners and managers can authorize additional access. Changing protective defaults requires an explicit warning.
- Audit trails document sensitive-code access and changes by team members.
These are the intended access rules and security controls. Deployment-specific enforcement must pass security acceptance tests before general release.
