Information we collect
When you submit a waitlist, founding tester, or contact form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email, business name, business size, platform choice, and message. Please do not share client access codes or other secrets.
Why we collect it
We use your details to respond to inquiries, evaluate tester applications, maintain the waitlist, and send requested product updates. We do not sell form submissions.
Hosting and form processing
The website is designed to be hosted on Netlify and use Netlify Forms. Netlify may process submission data, hosting logs and anti-spam signals. Check Netlify’s privacy policy for details about its processing.
Retention and choices
We retain submissions for as long as reasonably needed for early-access recruitment and correspondence, subject to applicable law. You can ask us to correct, delete or stop marketing use of your details by emailing Sitplicity@gmail.com or using our contact form. We may retain limited records where legally necessary.
Analytics and cookies
As shipped, this website contains no third-party behavioral analytics trackers or advertising pixels. Its hosting provider may use essential technical infrastructure and security logs. If analytics are added later, this notice should be updated before activation.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service becomes available. Any material change should be published here. This website policy does not describe the handling of customer pet or employee data inside the future application.
